Shipping, Returns Policy and Click and Collect


Due to the current pandemic we ask customers to please allow  5 to 7 working days for shipping.

Collect your order in store

We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore, when you have paid for your order online you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

During the current restrictions our click and collect service will be fully operational.  Please email the shop to arrange your collection When you call to collect please adhere to signage and guidance and respect social distancing. Before travelling to collect your order, please ensure you bring the following: receipt/confirmation email.

How to return or exchange:

You can return items to by post within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item(s) to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags still attached.

Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five to ten days depending on your card issuer.

We will offer an exchange or credit if you need to return any sale item. We do not refund on Sale items.

We do not cover your  return shipping costs back to us. Your refund is minus your shipping costs.

Postal returns

It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
